The role We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to own end-to-end hiring across the company.
This is a high-ownership, high-variety role, not a narrow recruiting function.
You'll be building and running hiring pipelines across whatever roles the business needs at any given time, while also handling candidate communication, screening, and coordination.
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - Domlur | 6 days/week) Requirement: 1 Stipend: 25k per month Duration: 6 months What you'll do Build and manage hiring pipelines across multiple concurrent roles as they come up.
Source and screen candidates via Tally forms, referrals, and job boards.
Draft and send candidate communication (outreach, screening, offers, rejections).
Coordinate interviews and assessments with internal stakeholders.
Track pipeline status and maintain hiring trackers/spreadsheets.
Support onboarding coordination for new hires.
Take on ad hoc ops and GTM tasks as they come up.
This role is dynamic and will expand based on what the business needs.

Strong written and verbal communication (English required, Hindi preferred).
