About the role 


The Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a strategic, onsite recruiting partner to the Dyson business services team, enabling faster hiring decisions, stronger workforce planning, and a predictable talent pipeline. This role is critical in supporting dynamic hiring needs through close, real-time collaboration with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Business Partnering


  • Act as a trusted talent advisor through close, day‑to‑day partnership with hiring managers.


  • Partner with business leaders to clearly define workforce priorities, role requirements, and volume changes.


  • Drive fast, decisive alignment on role scope, interview feedback, and hiring approvals.


End‑to‑End Recruitment Delivery


  • Own full lifecycle recruitment for assigned business areas, from requisition intake through offer acceptance.


  • Deliver high‑velocity screening, interviewing, and offer management to materially reduce time‑to‑hire.


  • Ensure seamless coordination of onsite interviews and a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience.


Agile Hiring & Demand Management


  • Rapidly respond to demand spikes, backfills, and business transitions with minimal disruption.


  • Continuously recalibrate role profiles, screening criteria, and hiring plans as business needs evolve.


  • Anticipate hiring risks and capacity constraints early, preventing reactive escalations.


Pipeline & Process Excellence


  • Build and sustain a proactive talent pipeline to support predictable and future demand.


  • Use recruitment data and insights to improve quality of hire, time‑to‑fill, and hiring effectiveness.


  • Maintain strict adherence to recruitment governance, compliance, and documentation standards.


Stakeholder Management


  • Serve as the single point of contact for all recruitment activity within the assigned stakeholder group.


  • Maintain close, ongoing engagement with hiring managers, HR partners, and interview panels.


  • Drive timely decision‑making through structured coordination with leaders and stakeholders.


About you 


  • 5–8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a onsite recruiting role.


  • Proven experience managing high-volume or fast-changing hiring demands.


  • Strong understanding of the Indian talent market, particularly Gurgaon/NCR.


  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.


  • Ability to work with urgency, manage ambiguity, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.


  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or Talent Management (preferred).
