About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Travel Explorer based in Kerala to design unique travel experiences, offer expert local insights and deliver exceptional customer service to visitors exploring Kerala's diverse landscapes, culture and traditions.

Responsibilities:
Plan and customize end-to-end travel itineraries across Kerala
Research and stay up-to-date on local attractions, accommodations and transportation options
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and activity operators to secure bookings
Serve as the primary on-ground point of contact for travelers before and during their trips
Manage logistics, budgets and schedules to ensure smooth travel experiences
Adapt plans in real time to address unforeseen challenges and guest needs
Collect and act on traveler feedback to continuously improve services
Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and community partners

Required Qualifications:
2–5 years of professional experience in travel planning or tour coordination
In-depth knowledge of Kerala’s geography, culture, attractions and local customs
Proven customer service skills with a strong focus on traveler satisfaction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
High adaptability and problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
Proficiency in travel planning tools and basic computer applications

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi or other regional languages
Certification in travel and tourism (e.g., IATA, TAFI)
Experience with eco-tourism or adventure travel activities
First aid/CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and familiarity with local transportation networks
Established network of local vendors and service providers
