This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 700000 - Rs 1300000 (ie INR 7 - 13 LPA) Min Experience: 1+ years Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India JobType: full-time Role Overview As a Video Editor & Video Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, editing, and delivering high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, brand storytelling, and performance marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with marketing, design, product, and content teams to create compelling visual narratives that drive user engagement and business growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, editing, pacing, motion graphics, and visual aesthetics, along with experience working in high-growth consumer-focused organizations.
Key Responsibilities Edit high-quality videos for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, YouTube, and product promotions.
Plan and execute end-to-end video production, including scripting support, shoot coordination, editing, color correction, sound design, and final delivery.
Develop engaging short-form and long-form video content optimized for different digital platforms.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual stories.
Create promotional videos, customer stories, product explainers, brand films, and performance marketing creatives.
Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, visual effects, and animations to enhance viewer engagement.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual quality, and storytelling across all video assets.
Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
Stay updated with the latest video production trends, editing techniques, AI-powered creative tools, and platform-specific best practices.
Organize video assets, maintain production workflows, and ensure efficient file management.
Required SkillsMust-Have Skills Video Editing Video Production Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Creative Suite Motion Graphics Storytelling Color Grading Audio Editing Visual Effects Content Creation Social Media Video Production Technical Skills Strong expertise in video editing workflows and post-production processes.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder, or similar editing software.
Understanding of motion graphics, typography, animation, transitions, and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of video formats, codecs, compression, and platform optimization.
Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools is a plus.
