The Sales Head – Technology Business will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion for premium technology products across Iraq.
The role focuses on driving sales performance through channel partners, retail networks, enterprise accounts, and strategic business initiatives while ensuring alignment with the group’s business objectives and overall market strategy.
The incumbent will lead sales planning, partner engagement, customer acquisition, and team management to maximize market share, profitability, and business growth across the country.
Key Qualifications: • Strong experience in sales leadership, business development, or channel sales management within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving market expansion.
• Strong understanding of sales management, distribution models, and channel ecosystems.
• Experience handling premium technology brands or connected device ecosystem products is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic sales planning capabilities.
• Ability to manage key accounts, channel partners, and enterprise business relationships.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and business planning skills.
• Ability to lead high-performing sales teams in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Iraq market dynamics and customer landscape.
Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or channel management within the technology industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership or managerial role.
• Prior experience handling technology distribution, consumer electronics, or premium global brands is highly desirable.
• Experience working within Iraq or broader Middle East markets will be an added advantage.
