Job Summary:
The Contracts Manager is responsible for the overall management of the company’s contracts, from negotiation to execution and closure. They ensure the legal, contractual, and financial security of projects, particularly in the construction (BTP) and large-scale project sectors, working with public and private clients, international partners, subcontractors, and multinational companies. The role is key in negotiating complex contracts, managing contractual, financial, and tax risks, monitoring project contracts, and protecting the company’s interests.

- Education:Master’s degree or equivalent in Law, Business Law, Construction Law, or related field. Dual legal/contractual expertise is highly valued.
- Experience:Minimum 10 years in contract management, with significant experience in construction, large projects, or infrastructure. Proven record of negotiating and managing major contracts with multinationals or large groups. Experience in structured construction companies and handling financial and tax aspects is a strong advantage.
