Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager to join our team and help drive the successful delivery of complex, global projects for our clients.

In this role, you will manage key customer accounts end-to-end — from project planning and execution through to delivery and closure — using Welo Life Sciences's project management standards and tools. You will also partner closely with the Operations Squad Lead to support large enterprise accounts and strategic initiatives.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate cross-functionally with account directors, production teams, vendors, and stakeholders around the world to create exceptional customer experiences and drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented, with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Job Reference: #LI-JC1

  • Lead and coordinate global cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, estimates, and proposals aligned with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, profitability, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, reporting, and recommendations.
  • Support financial tracking activities, including invoicing approvals, budget reconciliation, margin management, and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews, presentations, and client-facing documentation such as SOWs, proposals, workflows, and post-project analyses.
  • Contribute to process improvements, operational best practices, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Support business growth activities by participating in client discussions, presentations, and solution planning when needed.
Requirements Education

  • Experience preparing client-facing documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, workflows, and post-mortem analyses.
  • Experience managing project budgets, financial reporting, and profitability.
  • Familiarity with Translation Management Systems (TMS) such as GlobalSight, SDL TMS, Idiom WorldServer, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience supporting client growth initiatives, strategic planning, or sales cycles is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Confident in presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
