Role Summary:
The role is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, supporting the Creative CS Team Lead, and coordinating end-to-end project delivery. It ensures effective collaboration across internal teams, maintains clear communication with clients, and upholds high-quality standards by aligning all deliverables with client briefs, timelines, and brand guidelines. This is a project-based opportunity for a limited period of time (External Consultant). 


Role Responsibilities:


1. Client Relationship Management


  • Serve as the main day-to-day contact for the client and support the Creative CS Team Lead.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through continuous engagement and communication.
  • Manage expectations (work product and timelines) and resolve issues before they occur or escalate.
  • Present agency recommendations and creative work.

2. Project Management


  • Coordinate tasks from briefing through execution.
  • Develop timelines, work plans, and delivery schedules.
  • Update project trackers daily basis.
  • Coordinate closely with internal creative, content, production, and communications teams to ensure timely delivery of all requests.

3. Quality Control


  • Review deliverables before client submission.
  • Ensure work aligns with the brief and brand guidelines.
  • Verify accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Maintain high standards across all outputs.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (creative, content, production, etc.)
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control and accuracy
  • Ability to review and present deliverables confidently to clients
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus
