About the Role The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and following up on driver permit issuance and permit free processes.
The role includes reviewing driver documents, ensuring all requirements are complete and accurate, submitting applications through the LTRC system, tracking pending or rejected requests, and updating the relevant internal systems and trackers.
The coordinator will also communicate with drivers regarding missing documents, payments, and application status, while ensuring that all processes are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
This role is essential to supporting the growth of the legal driver fleet and maintaining compliance with LTRC requirements.
Key Responsibilities Review driver and vehicle documents and ensure compliance with LTRC requirements.
Process permit issuance and permit release applications.
Update internal systems and tracking sheets accurately.
Follow up on pending, rejected, or incomplete applications.
Communicate with drivers regarding documents, payments, and application status.
Coordinate with the Operations team and LTRC to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records and regular progress reports.
