Job Summary
To assist and support the HR Manager in a business partner role across all HR functions, including payroll coordination, performance management, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations, attendance management, policy administration, and HR operations. The role works closely with managers and employees to ensure effective HR service delivery, compliance with company policies, and a positive employee experience.


Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective working relationships with the business and management teams while coordinating HR activities within the assigned area.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in employee relations, grievance, disciplinary, and workplace investigations.
  • Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process for employees.
  • Assist in the annual salary and bonus review process.
  • Ensure job descriptions are accurate and updated to reflect business requirements.
  • Support HR projects such as job leveling, salary structure reviews, and organizational initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor employee attendance and follow up on attendance-related matters.
  • Support payroll coordination and employee compensation and benefits administration.
  • Assist with employee training and development activities.
  • Provide general HR administration support and ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.


Candidate Requirements

Skills, knowledge & Experience required


•   Previous experience and understanding in the areas of Talent Management, Performance Management, Salary Structures
•    Bilingual
•    Strong analytical skills with expertise in MS Office
•    Should possess effective written & verbal communication skills
•    Should be articulate and influential, with the ability to build close working relationships within a team environment
•    Multi-cultural exposure within a diverse Organization
•    Drive for result, creativity (outside-the-box thinking) and assertive
