Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Sound knowledge of food safety regulations, SOP implementation, and operational best practices.
Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant/POS management systems.
