POSITION: Senior Physiotherapist - MD / Consultant level for Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center


We are looking for an experienced and visionary Medical Director to provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for our Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services, drive business growth, manage a high-performing team, and ensure financial and operational excellence in compliance with Kuwait Ministry of Health regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide overall clinical leadership and ensure excellence in patient care
  • Oversee daily operations, service delivery, and patient experience
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Drive business development, referrals, and service expansion
  • Manage financial performance, billing, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, quality standards, and patient safety protocols
  • Contribute to strategic planning and long-term growth of the center

REQUIREMENTS

  • M.B., B.Ch. (Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery)
  • M.D. / M.Sc. in Rheumatology & Rehabilitation or equivalent specialization
  • Valid or eligible Kuwait MOH license as Specialist / Consultant
  • Minimum 8–15 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or related field
  • Experience in managing rehabilitation or physiotherapy centers preferred
  • Strong leadership, operational, and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
