A confidential AI-driven technology company specializing in software engineering, digital transformation, and intelligent business solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join its remote engineering team.

We serve clients across the UK, Europe, the US, and the GCC/MENA region, delivering scalable, high-impact digital products for international organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team across the full delivery lifecycle
• Define and enforce technical standards, architecture decisions, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of quality, security, and performance
• Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks proactively
• Contribute hands-on to development when needed

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development (frontend, backend, APIs, cloud infrastructure)
• Experience with AI-powered systems, automation, or data platforms is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication skills in English (French or Arabic is a plus)
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade systems for international clients
• Experience working in remote, distributed teams
