Job Description:
ü Preparation and review of deliverables related to Technical Safety/Environmental, as minimum but not limited to such as Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Management Plans, HSE Philosophies/Specifications, studies & reviews, HAZOP Management and review, SIL Determination, Hazardous Area Classification, BAT/ALARP studies, Noise Specification, Noise Report Management, Emission Modelling Report, HSE Action Tracking Management, impact and emission calculations and safety equipment specification.
ü Experience in RISK ANALYSIS STUDIES QRA, FESA, COMAH, Consequence analysis, etc.
ü Experience in participation in numerous workshops as a Technical Safety/Environmental Engineer to advise on technical safety related aspect and concerns at HAZOP, HAZID, ISD, BOW TIE, 3D Model Review, HFE Review, Construction HAZID, etc.
ü Ensure compliance with HSE international and specific country legal requirements (Safety and Environmental)
ü Experience as facilitator of HAZOP, HAZID, SIL Determination, ALARP and ERP Workshop, among others.
ü Experience developing Radiation and Dispersion modelling using Flaresim software (or any similar software) to develop Flare Assessment (distances, emission, and radiation), review the simulations, analyses and Report.
ü Review engineering interdisciplinary documents during the engineering stage.
ü Monitoring manhour budget and prepare weekly workplan and updating project progress
ü Ensure the schedule and deliverables dates are met with a high quality deliverables and action.
ü Prepare specification, RFI/RFP and TBE for technical safety items.
Skills / Qualifications:
v Bachelor of Engineering in the Chemical discipline or equivalent.
v Possess a minimum of 12 years of working experience as Technical safety specialists and demonstrate experience in EPC companies or Engineering Companies.
v Significant experience in engineering design of oil and gas facilities.
v Self-directed and self-motivated (SD/SM) employee
v Able to work on a project with minimum supervision/Stand alone
v A strong background in onshore facility and brownfield project experience is an advantage.
v Skilled in Physical Effects Modelling and Quantitative Risk Assessment, experience with PHAST, FLARESIM, ALOHA, EFFECTS, EXsilentia software
v Effective communicator who can influence key stakeholders
v Strong knowledge of the Hazardous area classification, SCE/PS, EERA, FERA and other loss prevention analysis and risk assessment
v Knowledgeable in technical safety design standards such as NFPA, EPA, NIOSH, IP, ISO, ASME, API, etc. Additional knowledge of Russian Normative is an advantage.
