Job description

International Group Coordinator Format: Remote + on-site support as needed Frequency: A new group every 3 days About the Role We organise regular tours for brokers to Salala and are looking for a Coordinator to fully manage groups of 10–15 people - from pre-trip preparations to sending guests back home.
A new group arrives every three days, and your mission is to ensure every guest leaves with a warm, comfortable impression of the trip, while handling all organisational matters swiftly and stress-free for them.
Key Responsibilities Data Management: Collecting and processing guest data (passport details, contacts, special preferences).
Bookings: Managing flight and hotel reservations.
Communication: Managing group chats: welcoming guests, providing schedule updates, and answering questions.
Logistics: Coordinating with drivers and managing daily transfers.
On-Site Management: Overseeing group meet-ups and departures according to the itinerary.
Crisis Management: Handling emergencies and unexpected situations: calling an ambulance, managing flight rescheduling, arranging late hotel check-outs, and resolving other force major events.
Atmosphere: Cultivating a friendly, hospitable, and comfortable environment throughout the entire trip.
Work Format Constant daily presence with the group is not required.
Typically, the coordinator meets the group in person on arrival day (for introductions) and on departure day.
On intermediate days, you will drop by in the morning to gather the group and send them off for their daily itinerary.
However, it is vital to remain constantly available online, respond promptly, and be ready to arrive in person immediately if an urgent need arises.
Consistent workload.
Flexible format: Primary operations are handled online, with on-site visits scheduled around arrivals, departures, and emergencies.
Competitive salary.
Well-know company across the region.
Personal vehicle and valid driving license.
Fluent English proficiency.
High level of accountability, responsibility, and self-reliance.
Excellent communication skills, friendliness, and an approachable personality.
High stress tolerance and the ability to make quick decisions in unpredictable situations.
Readiness to work a flexible schedule and react quickly to incoming requests.
Advantage: Deep knowledge of the region and an existing network of local contacts (drivers, medical facilities, hotels).
Advantage: Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, or group coordination.
