Job Characteristics: Experienced exempt role in Credit. Owns collection and account management activities for cross-divisional, complex and high balance customer accounts. Maintains key account hierarchy. Resolves complex customer account issues, disputes, payment delays through collaboration with field, customer and other related teams. Provides leadership and resolution support to assoc. credit reps regarding complex key account issues. Provides reporting, portfolio analytics and leadership support to the Key Account Credit Manager/Supervisor.




Role Scope & Responsibilities.
  • Ensure uninterrupted cash collection



  • Protect DSO performance



  • Reduce operational risk and overdue exposure



  • Support Sales with faster response and resolution



  • Provide flexibility while evaluating long-term resource needs



  • End-to-end collections ownership for Gulf & Pakistan



  • Daily follow-up on overdue invoices and payment commitments



  • Tracking and reporting weekly collection performance



  • Supporting cash forecast accuracy



  • Escalation of high-risk and long overdue accounts in a timely manner




Education/Work Experience:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Professional accounting qualification — ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, CA, or equivalent. 2 - 4 years previous experience in credit, finance/accounting or related field may be substituted in part.




Independence Level/Reports to: Provides management support and reports to Credit Manager.
