The NIQ Consumer Behaviour & Insights team is looking for a new Senior Research Executive to join the team. As a Senior Research Executive, you will be supporting on various custom/ad-hoc quantitative studies across Consumer Insights.


Working with experts and specialists in areas such as segmentation, U&As and consumer landscaping, you will help deliver successful and valued consumer insights to a diverse list of clients – both Pakistan and global – covering a wide variety of industries from FMCG, telecoms, home furnishings and automotive.


This is a high-profile role with the potential for client contact, working within a team to help deliver reporting and build story led presentations to provide consultancy services



Job Description

In your role, you would:  


  • Support the delivery of analytics and insights across NIQ SA&I products such as Brand Health, Usage & Attitude, Shopper, and other ad‑hoc studies.
  • Assist in project setup, coordination, and execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Work with senior team members to understand client priorities and contribute to solutions that support their goals.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and insights, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project flow and timely delivery.

Throughout your tenure, you will develop the following competencies:

Qualifications
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree, with 2 years of experience in research, analytics, or related project coordination (internships included).
  • Awareness of the data analytics industry and solutions such as Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitude, Customer Experience, or Shopper studies.
  • Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Numerical confidence and comfort working with data.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication skills — verbal and written.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal teams.
