Job Summary
As a Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics, warehouse, and inventory activities to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, movement, and delivery of materials, FF&E, and related items. You will coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Sales, suppliers, freight forwarders, and site teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory records, and smooth warehouse operations.
You are responsible for maintaining warehouse documentation, coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory movements, preparing operational reports, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination
· Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies.
· Arrange deliveries to project sites according to approved schedules.
· Track shipment status and provide regular updates.
· Assist in resolving logistics and delivery issues.
Warehouse Coordination
· Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of materials.
· Maintain warehouse organization, labeling, and storage.
· Coordinate loading and unloading activities.
Inventory Control
· Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
· Conduct stock counts and reconciliations.
· Report shortages and discrepancies.
· Coordinate material reservations for projects.
Documentation
· Maintain Delivery Notes, GRNs, Material Transfer Forms, Reservation Forms, and shipment documents.
· Maintain complete logistics and warehouse records.
Supplier & Internal Coordination
· Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Sales, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
· Follow up on shipment arrivals and delivery schedules.
Safety & Compliance
· Follow company warehouse and safety procedures.
· Report unsafe conditions and support warehouse audits.
Reporting
· Submit daily, weekly, and monthly logistics, inventory, and warehouse reports.
