Job description

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join a leading financial institution in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, support business transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Document current and future state processes using process mapping and workflow modeling techniques.
  • Support business process reengineering (BPR) and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and industry best practices.
  • Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Monitor process performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend process optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
  • Support workshops, meetings, and change management activities related to process enhancement.
  • Assist with business analysis activities for CRM and other business systems, including preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Ensure new or upgraded systems are aligned with approved business processes and operational requirements.
  • Prepare process improvement reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and information security standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Process Engineering, Process Improvement, Business Process Management (BPM), or Operational Excellence, preferably within a GCC or local bank.
  • Hands-on experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, SOP development, and business process documentation.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting CRM implementations, business analysis, and process-driven system enhancements is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher is preferred
