Operations & Coordination
- Support the resolution of Tier 1 operational issues within established guidelines to ensure customer and supplier satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Finance and Logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries, ordering, and payment collections from customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to customers assigned by the Line Manager, including professionals, finance teams, purchasers, and other relevant stakeholders involved with the assigned brands/products.
- Present, promote, and clearly explain all products related to the assigned brands to professionals, purchasers, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring accurate and professional product knowledge is delivered to customers.
- Maintain detailed log sheets for all activities, including dedicated records for call-off contracts, purchase orders, and multi-delivery POs, and collect the same from team members reporting to him/her if applicable.
- Update Salesforce daily and ensure invoiced sales are updated on a weekly basis.
- BUM can decide to assign big or strategic project/task/tender/RFQ to line managers or respective employee as appropriate.
- Ensure timely invoicing, deliveries, installation, and operational support of products at customer sites.
- Follow up on order timelines and support adherence to delivery and project deadlines.
- Support the Project Team in executing related projects and operational activities.
- Additional duties may assign by line Manager as necessary or work need.
- Employees must ensure a proper handover of responsibilities before proceeding on leave.
Planning & Commercial Support
- Assist in preparing yearly forecasts and budgets and contribute to weekly/monthly action plans to support departmental targets.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and offers for customers.
- Support the promotion of company products and maintain regular engagement with customers
- Provide recommendations for product promotions, special offers, and project opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication of product updates, releases, and relevant developments to customers.
Inventory & Supply Management
- Monitor internal stock levels to ensure proper supply chain management and product availability.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and expiry management of products.
- Coordinate with Logistics and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and replenishment of products.
- Assist in maintaining departmental inventory levels and ensuring proper stock management
Market & Product Analysis
Market & Product Analysis
- Support analysis of market trends, customer demand, competitor activities, market intelligence, and product opportunities through insights gathered from customers, suppliers, and market sources.
- Conduct competitive product quality analysis on promoted products.
- Submit weekly plans and daily reports to the Line Manager.
- Assist in reviewing accounts receivable aging reports and provide updates to management.
- Identify operational challenges and provide feedback to management on improvement opportunities.

- Provide input on potential product opportunities, market needs, and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and service delivery
