Duties
  • Lead full project lifecycle delivery, including planning, execution, scheduling, and budget control.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, resources, timelines, and cost forecasts.
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement, maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Manage risks, enforce HSE standards, and ensure strict compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, driving performance, resolving issues, and mentoring junior staff.
  • Administer contracts, manage variations, and prepare accurate progress and financial reports.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s/PMP/MRICS preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years’ construction experience, including 5+ years in senior project management roles.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of GCC construction practices, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, contract management expertise, and established GCC industry network.
