WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive project specification and sales for sanitary ware and tile collections across residential and commercial developments
Build and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, interior designers, and developers
Follow projects from early specification stage through to order and delivery
Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical submittals tailored to each project
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure on-time fulfilment and client satisfaction
Track pipeline and report on project progress, forecasts, and market activity
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of project sales or specification experience in sanitary ware, tiles, or related fit-out products
Established network of contacts within UAE construction and design sectors
Strong commercial acumen — comfortable with BOQs, pricing strategy, and margin management
Organised and detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
Valid UAE driving licence
Technical product knowledge
Familiarity with sanitary ware brands, collections, and specifications (e.g. Grohe, Laufen, Geberit, Duravit)
Understanding of tile formats, finishes, and technical requirements (rectified, R-rating, porcelain vs ceramic)
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and BOQs
Awareness of UAE municipality and Estidama / LEED compliance requirements
Sales & negotiation
Proven track record of closing project-based sales in a competitive UAE market
Comfortable with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision making
Confident in price negotiation while protecting margin
Experience working to targets with transparent pipeline reporting
Project coordination
Ability to manage multiple active projects across different stages simultaneously
Experience coordinating between procurement, logistics, and on-site teams
Skilled at tracking deliveries, resolving site queries, and managing substitutions
Familiar with project management tools or CRM platforms (e.g. Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar)
Client relationship management
Established network of contacts — developers, main contractors, interior designers, or consultants in the UAE
Skilled at maintaining trust across long project timelines with multiple stakeholders
Professional and confident in client-facing presentations and site visits
Responsive and solution-oriented when issues arise post-specification
