Executive Assistant to the CEO (Architectural Background)Position Purpose: To provide high-level executive and strategic support to the CEO while leveraging architectural expertise to review design proposals, analyze development projects, and support informed decision-making on architectural and real estate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1.
Executive Support Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements.
Prepare executive presentations, reports, and briefing documents related to architectural and development projects.
Draft professional correspondence with consultants, developers, and contractors.
Track action items from meetings and ensure timely execution.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and project information.
2. Architectural & Technical Support Review architectural drawings and design proposals prior to CEO review.
Prepare concise technical summaries to support executive decision-making.
Coordinate with architectural consultants, designers, and project managers.
Monitor project design stages (Concept Design – Schematic – Detailed Design – IFC).
Support feasibility studies from a design and planning perspective.
Review proposals submitted by engineering or architectural firms.
3. Project & Strategic Coordination Track project timelines and key milestones.
Monitor project KPIs and prepare executive dashboards.
Attend technical and strategic meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Facilitate communication between executive leadership and the technical team.
Conduct research on architectural trends, urban development, and design standards when required.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
1–3 years of experience in architectural design, consultancy, or development projects.
Experience in architectural consultancy firms or real estate development companies preferred.
Required Skills Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and BOQs.
Solid understanding of design stages and development lifecycle.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
Advanced presentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint & Excel).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and quality of executive reports and design reviews.
Timely follow-up and execution of CEO directives.
Project milestone tracking efficiency.
CEO satisfaction with executive and technical support.
