Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in design management roles within the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale hospitality projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate design teams.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative design solutions.
  • Effective project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Professional certifications or affiliations in architecture or design management (e.g., AIA, NCARB, LEED) would be advantageous.
  • Experience working in a PMC environment or with hospitality industry clients.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design principles, green building certifications, and wellness standards.
