• Safely keeps passport and residence permits of all expatriate employees and their dependents.

• Leads policy development and guidelines definition of government-related processes.

• Arranges for authentication of documents for employees from the relevant authorities.

• Ensures that governmental regulations related to Human Capital are properly implemented.

• Monitors day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.

• Evaluates subordinates performance takes action to correct deficiencies and initiates disciplinary action when required.

• Participates in selecting, recruiting, and training, retaining, and evaluating assigned personnel. Maintains a positive working environment to implement policies, correct deficiencies and implements discipline procedures.

• Assigns work, establishes priorities, monitors performance, and submits periodical clear and concise administrative and financial reports for all assigned services/functions.

• Participates in self and others education, training and development, as applicable.
