About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operational activities, drive business performance, and ensure consistent service excellence across multiple locations. The role is responsible for optimizing operational processes, improving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the achievement of commercial objectives. Experience within the food & beverage, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities Operations Management
  • Lead daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
  • Implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer experience.
Multi-Site Operations
  • Oversee operations across multiple outlets or business units, ensuring consistency in service delivery.
  • Conduct regular operational audits and site visits to monitor performance and compliance.
  • Ensure all locations meet quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
  • Support new outlet openings, operational transitions, and business expansion initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and mentor operational teams to achieve performance objectives.
  • Develop workforce plans and ensure optimal staffing levels across locations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement development plans.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all operations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions to improve satisfaction.
  • Resolve operational and customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Financial & Commercial Performance
  • Monitor sales performance, operating costs, and profitability.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Analyze operational KPIs and recommend strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of labor, inventory, and operational resources.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability while minimizing waste.
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain efficient stock levels.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Implement inventory control procedures and cost optimization initiatives.
Compliance, Quality & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, health regulations, and local legal requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality assurance, and workplace safety.
  • Conduct operational inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement plans.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives and process optimization projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and recommend innovative operational practices.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience within the restaurant, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and delivering operational improvements.
