Powder Coating Painter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Powder Coating Painter to apply powder coatings to metal parts and products, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish. The ideal candidate should have experience operating powder coating equipment and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and pretreatment.
  • Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray guns and related equipment.
  • Ensure proper coating thickness, color consistency, and finish quality.
  • Operate and monitor curing ovens according to specifications.
  • Inspect coated products and perform touch-ups when required.
  • Maintain powder coating equipment and work area cleanliness.
  • Follow production schedules and quality control procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
