Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Follow up with tenants regarding payments, renewals, requests, and complaints.
  2. Coordinate rent collection and update payment status regularly.
  3. Prepare, organize, and follow up on tenancy contracts and renewals.
  4. Coordinate maintenance requests with technicians, contractors, and service providers.
  5. Maintain property files, tenant records, contracts, invoices, and related documents.
  6. Prepare basic reports on occupancy, collections, maintenance, pending issues, and tenant follow-ups.
  7. Support management in improving property operations and tenant satisfaction.
  8. Follow up on pending tasks until completion and provide regular updates.

Skills

  1. Previous experience in real estate, property management, leasing, or property coordination.
  2. Dubai real estate experience is preferred.
  3. Experience in tenant follow-up, rent collection, contracts, renewals, maintenance coordination, and reporting.
  4. Good English communication skills.
  5. Arabic language is not required but will be considered an advantage.
  6. Valid and transferable Iqama for candidates currently in Saudi Arabia.
  7. Strong follow-up, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.
  9. Basic computer skills and ability to prepare simple reports.
