As the Receptionist & Front Desk Coordinator, you are the face and voice of our premium pet grooming salon. You play a critical role in creating an exceptional first impression for pet owners and ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and high-quality customer experience. You will oversee client check-ins and check-outs, manage appointment schedules, process payments, recommend retail/service packages, and maintain seamless communication between clients and the grooming team.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front desk operations, customer service, or hospitality (experience in pet care, salon, or retail environments is a strong plus).
Languages: Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is highly desirable), russian is strongly plus.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using modern POS systems, online scheduling tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic spreadsheets.
Pet-Friendly: Must be comfortable and confident around pets (dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds).
Skills: Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
