A Senior Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of systems and services. The role includes administration of on-premises and cloud environments, with a focus on Active Directory and Microsoft Azure
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, and network services • Administer and support Active Directory (AD), including user accounts, groups, permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) • Manage Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AD, virtual machines, storage, and cloud resources • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services • Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security hardening • Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes • Troubleshoot and resolve system, server, and user access issues • Implement and maintain IT security best practices • Support email systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365) • Collaborating with IT teams to implement infrastructure improvements • Maintain system documentation and IT asset records
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 6 - 8+ years of experience in system administration
Nationality: Arab
Skills and Knowledge: • Strong experience with Windows/Linux Server administration • Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD DS, GPO, DNS, DHCP) • Experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure AD, VM management, cloud services)
