We are looking for a results-driven Darkstore Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end operations of our micro-fulfillment center (darkstore). You will own daily fulfillment performance, inventory accuracy, team productivity, and the speed and quality of every order leaving the store. This role sits at the heart of our delivery promise — turning orders into fast, accurate, on-time dispatches.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in operations, warehousing, retail, grocery, or quick-commerce — with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Proven track record managing teams and hitting operational KPIs.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel and inventory/WMS systems.
Solid understanding of inventory management, stock control, and fulfillment processes.
Hands-on, fast-paced leadership style with strong problem-solving under pressure.
Proficiency in Arabic and working English
