1.Manage office operations and administrative logistics;
2.Coordinate administrative procurement, asset and supplies management, travel and reception arrangements, contract and records management, as well as expense budgeting;
3.Develop and refine administrative and human resources policies and procedures;
4.Handle the full-cycle onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees;
5.Process employee work visas, medical insurance, and other related matters;
6.Drive employee activities and corporate culture-building initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or above;
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resources and administration;
Familiar with UAE/Dubai labor laws and regulations,office operations, procurement management, fixed asset management, and employee onboarding / offboarding processes;
Strong communication and coordination skills, execution capability, and service orientation;
Proficient in MS Office applications, with bilingual (Chinese and English) working communication skills;
work experience in Dubai, UAE is preferred.
