We are looking for a passionate and creative Chocolate Chef to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in artisan chocolate making, including tempering, molding, filling, decorating, and creating premium chocolate products while maintaining the highest quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and produce a variety of handcrafted chocolates, pralines, truffles, bars, and seasonal products.
* Perform chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and decorating.
* Develop new chocolate recipes and creative product designs.
* Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
* Monitor inventory and minimize product waste.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Expertise in chocolate tempering, molding, and decoration techniques.
* Knowledge of pralines, truffles, ganache, and confectionery production.
* Strong attention to detail and presentation.
* Creativity and passion for developing new chocolate products.
* Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
