We are looking for a skilled and creative Chef de Partie – Canapés to join our production kitchen in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare high-quality canapés, finger foods, and cold appetizers.
* Ensure consistent food presentation, quality, and portion control.
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
* Assist with daily production, stock control, and minimizing food waste.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and support the kitchen team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in canapés, catering, or banquet production.
* Strong knowledge of cold kitchen preparation and presentation.
* Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
* Strong canapé and finger food preparation skills.
* Excellent food presentation and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
