Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies.Identify, assess, and monitor potential risks within the Accounting & Finance department.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies.Provide risk analysis and reporting to senior management for informed decision-making.Establish risk appetite and tolerance levels in alignment with organisational goals.Regularly review and update risk management processes and documentation.Conduct training and awareness sessions on risk-related matters for employees.


Profile

A successful Enterprise Risk Manager should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred.Experience in risk management within the business services industry.Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk assessment methodologies.Proficiency in analysing financial data and preparing detailed reports.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
