We seek an experienced, highly organised Executive Personal Brand & Communications Manager to support a senior leader in building, protecting and amplifying their professional profile. You’ll drive strategic personal brand work, manage proactive media and communications, create high-quality content, engage stakeholders and help mitigate reputation risk. You’ll be a confident, discreet communicator who can operate quickly in a complex, high‑profile environment.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a personal brand plan aligned to the senior leader’s objectives, values and priorities.



  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn growth strategy to position senior leader as a recognized industry thought leader.



  • Optimize the senior leader's LinkedIn profile for visibility and credibility.



  • Manage LinkedIn newsletters, articles, polls, and other platform features.



  • Manage and grow presence across owned channels and advise on channel selection and content cadence.



  • Draft, edit and approve speeches, articles, LinkedIn posts, op‑eds, talking points and executive messages.



  • Coordinate communications requests, manage inbox priorities and ensure consistent external messaging.



  • Identify and secure media, speaking and thought‑leadership opportunities; prepare briefings and support media training.



  • Build relationships with journalists, influencers, thought leaders and internal stakeholders to amplify the profile.



  • Monitor coverage and produce regular reputation and engagement reports with recommended actions.



  • Manage reputational risks and coordinate rapid response communications with corporate communications and legal teams.



  • Oversee content production with designers, videographers and photographers to meet brand and quality standards.



  • Plan and coordinate external engagements, including briefs and follow‑up communications.



  • Mentor and manage supporting communications staff or external consultants as needed.



  • Maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgement and uphold the highest professional standards.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline.



  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive communications, personal branding, PR or senior content roles; experience supporting C‑suite or high‑profile individuals is essential.



  • Proven ability to create engaging long‑ and short‑form content across digital and print channels.



  • Strong media relations experience and an established network preferred.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to tone, accuracy and detail.



  • Strong judgement, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.



  • Experience with social media tools, analytics platforms and content scheduling systems.



  • Ability to prioritise competing demands, work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.



  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.



  • Flexible approach to working hours to support events and international engagements when required.



Preferred
  • Experience in corporate or technology sectors.



  • Media training, crisis communications or public affairs experience.



  • Familiarity with content production tools (basic video editing, audio recording) and CMS platforms.



  • Postgraduate qualification in communications, marketing or a related field.
