Job Title: Marketing Manager
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and oversee marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive growth. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital and traditional channels, managing campaigns, budgets, and a small team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels
• Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI and performance
• Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and creative assets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and campaign performance
• Collaborate with sales to align lead generation and conversion efforts
• Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 4+ years of marketing experience, with 1–2 years in a managerial or lead role
• Proven track record managing successful, multi-channel campaigns
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email, analytics)
• Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite)
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Budget management experience
Note: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (generative AI, AI-powered analytics, and marketing automation) to improve content production, campaign efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree or professional marketing certification
• Industry-specific experience [Migration, Citizenship and residency]
• Team leadership experience
