Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Skilled in languages Russian and/or German will be an advantage.
The position is based at The Cove Rotana Ras al Khaimah.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel software
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality is a plus
