Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations in a fast-paced marine and logistics environment.



Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
    • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
    • Handle visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
    • Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate with finance
    • Ensure compliance with Labour Law and company policies
    • Address employee grievances and support performance management
    • Prepare HR reports (attendance, leave, headcount, etc.)
    • Coordinate with PRO for government-related processes.

Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
    • 2–5 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
    • Knowledge of Labour Law
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
