The Assistant Trainer-HSE Training role is a full-time,on-site position based in Dubai.
The Assistant Trainer will support senior HSE trainers in planning,organizing,and deliveringhealth,safety, and environment training sessions,workshops,and practical demonstrations.Daily tasks include preparing training materials and equipment,assisting with classroom and practical session setup,coordinating
participant registration and attendance,and helping facilitate interactive activities and assessments.The
role also involves collecting feedback from learners,maintaining training records,and supporting updates to course content in line with current HSE standards and regulations.TheAssistant Trainer will collaborate with the training team and administrative staff to ensure high-quality,compliant,and consistent delivery of HSE programs.
Qualifications
·Foundational knowledge of health,safety,and environment(HSE)principles and regulations,with a strong interest in HSE training and development.
·Effective communication and presentation skills,with the ability to support trainers in delivering clear, engaging,and inclusive training sessions.
·Organizational and time-management skills to handle training schedules,participant coordination,and documentation accurately.
·Proficiency in basic computer applications(e.g.,MS Office,email,online learningtools)to prepare materials and manage training records.
·Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and interact professionally with learners from various backgrounds.
·Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety,quality,and compliance in all training activities.
·Relevant HSE certifications or coursework(e.g.,basic safety training,NEBOSH,IOSH,orequivalent)are an advantage.
·Previous experience in training support,education,or HSE-related roles is preferred but not mandatory for strong entry-level candidates.
