Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to coordinate campaign execution for a confidential organization. The Operation Coordinator Executive’s main mission is to ensure perfect execution of all campaign activities.



Key Responsibilities:
    • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Organize and facilitate internal and external operational processes.
    • Coordinate purchase and delivery of prizes with external stakeholders.
    • Report and update internal teams on campaign progress.
    • Update trackers and KPIs on a weekly basis.
    • Prepare campaign feasibility checks (agenda, prizes, pricing, content).
    • Prepare clearing files and campaign documentation.
    • Manage email processes including templates, sending, follow-ups, and data collection.
    • Submit and obtain ministry permits for digital activities.
    • Coordinate with retailers regarding campaign details and permissions.
    • Liaise with internal teams for POSM dispatch and reporting.
    • Coordinate with campaign managers, merchandisers, promoters, courier partners, and scanning operators.
    • Source and negotiate with suppliers for prizes and fulfillment.
    • Handle storage facilities and shipment coordination.
    • Prepare reports and update analytics files.
    • Support the merchandiser team during campaign execution.

Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; background in business administration is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience in administrative, coordination, or operations support roles.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Office tools.
    • Experience with ERP or management software is an advantage.
    • Arabic language skills are a plus.
