The Travel Operations Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a leading luxury travel agency, supporting the delivery of bespoke travel experiences for high-end international clients. The role combines travel planning, supplier coordination, operational management and administrative support, ensuring every trip is executed with precision, efficiency and exceptional attention to detail.

Strong planning, coordination and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills when dealing with hotels, airlines, suppliers and international partners.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Google Workspace and other digital tools used for travel planning and daily operations.
