Position Summary

The Travel Operations Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a leading luxury travel agency, supporting the delivery of bespoke travel experiences for high-end international clients. The role combines travel planning, supplier coordination, operational management and administrative support, ensuring every trip is executed with precision, efficiency and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all operational aspects of client travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, activities and reservations.
  • Liaise with hotels, airlines, destination partners and international suppliers to manage bookings, confirmations, changes and operational issues.
