We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month contract, with the strong potential for extension up to one year. This role sits at the heart of our community initiatives, offering a unique opportunity to help drive the seamless execution of high-profile cultural, educational, and performance programs. Key Responsibilities: -


·Programme & Event Support


ÃAssist in the end-to-end preparation, coordination, and implementation of educational and community programmes.


ÃSupport the on-site organization and flawless delivery of events, workshops, live performances, and related activities.


ÃProvide robust on-site and logistical support during flagship cultural festivals and other institutional events as required.


·Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement


ÃFacilitate seamless communication and coordination with external partners, program participants, and community stakeholders.


ÃActively support follow-ups and relationship-building with schools, universities, artists, and cultural institutions.


ÃManage day-to-day scheduling, confirmations, RSVP tracking, and complex booking arrangements.


·Data Management & Reporting


ÃMaintain, update, and organize departmental databases, participant trackers, and master contact lists.


ÃAssist with accurate data collection, media documentation, and comprehensive post-event reporting.


ÃContribute to the preparation of detailed event debriefs, financial summaries, and impact metrics.


·Outreach & Promotion


ÃSupport the marketing and promotion of upcoming educational initiatives, community programmes, and talent awards.


ÃAssist with participant onboarding and engagement across intensive workshops, masterclasses, and technical rehearsals.


·General Support


ÃUndertake additional related operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the Department Manager to support fluctuating team needs.



Requirements
  • To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, or administrative operations, ideally within a cultural foundation, educational institution, non-profit, or creative agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • Availability: Immediate availability is highly preferred due to the urgent, temporary nature of the contract.
