Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and present suitable property options to clients.
  • Negotiate offers and close property transactions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and property regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve individual sales and leasing targets.
