Property Consultant – Real Estate (Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based

Salary: High Commission Structure (Up to 50%)

About Us

We are a dynamic and growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai collaborated with Coldwell Banker, specializing in residential and commercial sales and leasing. Due to expansion, we are looking for ambitious and driven Property Consultants to join our team.

What You Will Do

  • Generate and manage property sales and leasing leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Conduct property viewings and market presentations
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends
  • Achieve monthly sales/leasing targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous real estate experience in Dubai (preferred)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
