We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assistant to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will support the Quality Department by maintaining accurate documentation, inspection records, calibration schedules, and compliance-related documents while ensuring all records are up to date and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and control company documents, job orders, and tracking records.
* Update databases and spreadsheets with inspection and training records.
* Support the Quality Manager in maintaining quality, certification, and audit documentation.
* Coordinate with internal departments regarding job status, delays, and required actions.
* Respond to documentation requests and maintain organized records for reporting and audits.
* Maintain calibration schedules, preventive maintenance (PPM) records, and calibration certificates for company equipment.
* Coordinate equipment calibration and maintenance activities.
* Monitor calibration and maintenance due dates to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
* Ensure all quality records are accurate, complete, and properly filed.
* Perform other quality and administrative tasks assigned by the Quality Manager.
Requirements
* bachelor’s degree in a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in Quality, Document Control, Administration, or a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Experience with quality management systems or ISO documentation is an advantage.
