Sky Life Real Estate is looking for a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Administrator to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, managing property listings, coordinating with agents, developers, and clients, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in the Dubai real estate market.


Skills

  • Manage and update property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and company CRM.
  • Prepare Forms A, B, F, tenancy contracts, MOU, and other RERA documentation.
  • Coordinate with developers including Emaar, Sobha, Meraas, Nakheel, Dubai Holding, DAMAC, and others.
  • Process property listings, amendments, and removals.
  • Maintain accurate client, property, and transaction records.
  • Coordinate viewings and appointments for agents.
  • Follow up with owners, buyers, tenants, and developers.
  • Handle DLD, Trakheesi, Ejari, and broker permit processes when required.
  • Monitor listing quality and ensure compliance with advertising regulations.
  • Support marketing by coordinating property photos, videos, and listing uploads.
  • Manage office documentation, filing, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist management with reports, sales records, and operational support.
