Role Overview:

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Dubai real estate, an existing network within the industry, and experience working across both off-plan and secondary market properties. This role is suited for ambitious professionals who are driven by results, enjoy building client relationships, and are looking to maximize their earning potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and Manage your own client book, property sales opportunities across off-plan and secondary markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and industry stakeholders
  • Advise investors on developer launches, market trends, and the right entry points
  • Run the full sales cycle. Enquiry -> Reservation -> Handover
  • Represent us at international roadshows and exhibitions
  • Build relationships that bring the same client back for deal after deal, not one-off transactions
  • Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client meetings
  • Negotiate and close property transactions
  • Represent Avaanta Properties with professionalism and integrity
  • Create and participate in on-camera content for social media and brand promotion
  • Maintain a high level of market knowledge and industry awareness


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of active Dubai real estate sales experience (mandatory)
  • Currently based in Dubai (mandatory)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Strong existing network within the Dubai real estate market
  • Solid experience in both off-plan and secondary market transactions
  • A track record of closing, not just generating activity
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Professional appearance and strong business acumen
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
  • Calm under pressure. Negotiations move fast here; the agents who keep their composure win deals others lose
