With an established international client base across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. We are looking for commercially driven professionals who can confidently manage client relationships, convert leads, and consistently close high-value transactions.
Requirements:
Currently based in Dubai with immediate availability
Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales
Strong understanding of Off-Plan and Secondary Market transactions
Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English is essential
Additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese are an advantage.
Client relationship management and retention
Lead conversion and deal structuring
In-depth knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, and market trends
Confident in conducting property presentations and client consultations
Target-driven with a consistent performance track record
