We are a leading home healthcare services company based in Dubai, dedicated to providing professional and compassionate medical care in the comfort of patients’ homes. We are looking for a DHA Licensed Registered Nurse to join our growing team and deliver exceptional in-home patient care across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to prescribed care plans
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the supervising physician
• Develop and update individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on medications, nutrition, and self-care
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and visit reports
• Ensure full compliance with DHA home healthcare standards and regulations
Valid DHA License (Registered Nurse)
• Experience in home healthcare or community nursing preferred
• Strong clinical skills (wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, etc.)
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
• Proficiency in EMR/documentation systems
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience
